1. The items sent from the warehouse in Russia are available to the following area: 1-6 region,( but except some cities that is far from our warehouse location,so if you want buy it,please contact us. But we can’t promise the delivery time as the platform show).
The items sent from the warehouse in Europe are available to the following countries:
United Kingdom,France,Spain,Italy,Austria,Netherlands,Belgium,Luxemburg,Poland,Ireland,Czech Rep.,Denmark,Hungary,Slovakia,Slovenia,Sweden,Portugal,Latvia,Estonia,Lithuania,Finland,Croatia,Bulgaria,Romania,Greece.
2. About the inventory:
a. Because the item is sent from the warehouse abroad, the real inventory cannot always update in time. That means sometimes the product you ordered is already out of stock. In such a situation, you can cancel the order or take a replacement willingly. If you want to cancel the order, please choose reason “other”. Thanks in advance!
b. Usually the replenishment period is about 20-30 days. If you are willing to wait, please place the order and extend the processing time accordingly. We will give priority to your order when the item is in stock again.
3. About the courier charges:
a. We won’t charge you courier charges if it’s domestic delivery, except you want us ship by other shipping methods.(our shipping way is IML.)
4. About the processing time and delivery time:
a. We need 1-2 days to process your order (expect big holidays,like New years Day).
b. The delivery time is about 10-20 working days,or maybe longer.(Russia is a very very vast area,wish you can be patiently.)
c. Please pay attention to the tracking information and the delivery information.Wish you will not open a dispute when you still not get the parcel,contact us please. We will try our best to help you to solve it.
5. For send wrong items: we have two solutions:
a. Give you full refunds,but please send it back by RU post.Shipping fee on us.
b. Give you the difference of prices about the items.Please do not open dispute before you contact us.
6. Please double check the item in sight of the courier. If there is any broken place with the package, please take the photos for the damaged box and item at once as the evidence. It’s important for applying the compensation for you.
